I like to have autonomy in my work, and I don't want supervisors and bosses to intervene too much in my work. I originally worked in a young start-up small company for two and a half years, responsible for website operation and digital marketing. During my work, my boss and supervisor trusted my abilities, so I had the opportunity to take full responsibility for several projects.
A few months ago, because of my interest in analytics, I decided to switch runways and move to a larger company for website and user analytics. Maybe because it is still a new employee, the supervisor is not at ease with many work details, and requires every step to logo design be reported to him, and the requirements for document details are almost perfectionism, and he often plays chess at work. I hope I follow his instructions. In the way of doing things, the results often need to be revised in 4 to 5 versions, and sometimes he will even modify them directly.
I consider myself to be a person with enthusiasm, ideas and requirements for work. I originally had certain confidence in my work ability, but after a few months, I found that I began to have less confidence in the results of my work. I received a new project. I am not as enthusiastic as I used to be, and even work overtime because the results need to be revised many times, which consumes a lot of energy. All sorts of things made me wonder if I was not right for the job.
